Matt hails from outside Philadelphia and has been working in the restaurant industry most of his life.  He has developed a passion for quality food and craft beer.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with Delilah, his golden lab.  Matt is very active in the local music scene and enjoys frequently attending live performances.
