Brian comes to Forbidden Root with over a decade in fine dining, most recently with Rosebud Prime. As a longtime fan of craft beer, Brian is excited to now work at the place where he used to get his growlers filled. Outside of work, Brian can be found playing basketball, exploring the Chicago food scene, and listening to Justin Timberlake, much to our brewer’s chagrin.
