20th Annual Brewpub Shootout
Join us on Saturday January 20th for the 20th Annual Brewpub Shootout at Baderbrau. Indulge in some of the the best beer and food pairings from over a dozen Chicago-area brewpubs and microbreweries. Attendees will sample a wide variety of beers as well as each brewpub's food items and vote for their favorite beer, food, and pairing.
Last year Forbidden Root took home the bronze for Best Food & Beer Pairing. This year we're sure to ignite your taste buds with a dynamic combiation of Radio Swan, our Rye IPA and a specially curated Spiced Pork Shoulder by our Executive Head Chef Dan Weiland. Tickets available here!
Night Moth Can Release
We're very excited to announce our first can release of the year. Night Moth, our Oak-Aged India Pale Ale is flying out of the brewpub February 1st, 2018. Night Moth presents aromas of bright oak, green citrus & spruce. Oak intensifies as it warms into a bouquet of white grapefruit, pine, and vanilla.
